I'm a Senior Product Designer based in Vancouver. Born in Taiwan and raised in Canada, I'm equally comfortable with structured systems thinking and a healthy disregard for how things have always been done.

My background spans SaaS, FinTech, and creator tools, with recent focus on AI feature design. I've owned design end-to-end across research, prototyping, and shipping. This included being a founding design partner building an AI invoice generator from scratch at Invoice Simple (EverCommerce).

I care about the diagnosis before the solution. What does the data actually say? What are users doing vs. what they're saying? That gap is where most of the interesting design problems live.

I run a TikTok account reviewing matcha. Turns out making plain water matcha with no frills and honest copy can go viral. Now I take it too seriously and I'm okay with that.
